We can’t count how many times we’ve been asked for a Lavender mist while appearing at live shows – it was a lot. But we didn’t want to just do the same old Lavender that you can find anywhere, so we dug deep and have created a mist that not only helps you sleep – it helps you dream…

How We Make Lucid Dreams
To make this mist, we use a blend of freshly harvested Spanish and French Lavender from our neighbors organic farm. We love the spicy-scented Spanish lavender paired with the sweeter notes of the more commonly distilled French lavender. The result is an intoxicating blend that washes over you and sets the stage for a relaxing slumber.
For the second part of the mist, we turned to the history books to discover Mugwort – a magical plant that seems to have stepped out of the pages of a Harry Potter novel. Mugwort (latin name Artemisia Vulgaris) has been used throughout the ages as stomach settling remedy – with the odd side-effect of enhancing dream states. Sounds pretty magical, right? And maybe a little far-fetched?
Yet modern science tells us that this is not a far-fetched idea at all!
It turns out that Mugwort has an active component in the plant called thujone, which can induce mildly hallucinogenic effects on people. Now don’t worry – it doesn’t mean you’ll see purple stars when you inhale Lucid Dreams, but it will help you on a wonderful dream tour and aids with remembering your dreams the next morning.
Directions
Mist liberally in the air above and around you while sitting in bed. Inhale deeply as the mist falls from the air to your resting place.

Organic French Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) & Spanish Lavender (Lavandula stoechas) and organic Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris)
We use no preservatives. All plants are organically grown on Pender Island and harvested by us. All plants remain alive to continue sharing their essence with us. These are the natural, organic compounds found in our Organic Lucid Dreams Mist:
- Linalool
- Linalyl acetate
- 1,8-Cineole (Eucalyptol)
- Camphor
- Borneol
- Alpha-Pinene
- Thujone (from Mugwort)
- Camphene
- Beta-Pinene
- Sabinene
(Note: The compounds listed are based on typical chemical profiles of the essential oils of these plants but might vary based on specific distillation methods and plant sourcing.)
We ship every Friday from our small island's main post office. If you order prior to Thursday, your order will ship that week. We make fresh Lucid Dreams year round, with a small break from December-March (we will always have stock for Christmas, but most likely not in the early part of the year during our plant recovery break.) Your order will always be made from the most recent distillation.
Returns are accepted on this product within 30 days from the date that the product was delivered to you. Item must be returned unopened/unused, in its original packaging, along with a completed return form.
